2. Yoi Heisoku-dachi (Feet together) Right hand in fist and
left hand open, above head. (I come in peace.) Open right hand, face both
palms to front. (I have no weapons.) Bring hands down into prayer position.
(I pray I do not have to use what I know.) Right hand under left, palms
down, push down forcefully. (But I will defend myself.) Left tae-uke (Left
arm across body, parallel to floor, right fist in hakite) with open left
hand
3. Junzuki chudan (Step forward on right foot and punch,
then back on right foot and punch) To Right tae-uke, both hands in fists.
(Tae-uke with hands in fists and feet together until Step 22)
4. Junzuki chudan (Step forward on left foot and punch, then
back on left foot and punch) End up in left tae-uke.
5. Junzuki jodan (Step forward right, then back right as
above in 3) End up in right tae-uke.
6. Junzuki jodan (Step forward left, then back left as above
in 3) End up in left tae-uke.
7. Gyakuzuki, Junzuki, Gyakuzuki chudan (Step forward left
foot, then back left) End up in right tae-uke.
8. Gyakuzuki, Junzuki, Gyakuzuki chudan (Step forward right,
then back right) End up in left tae-uke
9. Gyakuzuki, Junzuki, Gyakuzuki jodan (Step forward left,
then back left) End up in right tae-uke.
10. Gyakuzuki, Junzuki, Gyakuzuki jodan (Step forward right,
then back right) End up in left tae-uke.
11. Gedan-uke, Gyakuzuki chudan (Step back right, then forward
right) End up in right tae-uke.
12. Gedan-uke, Gyakuzuki chudan (Step back left, then forward
left) End up in left tae-uke.
13. Soto-uke, Gyakuzuki chudan (Step back right, then forward

forcefully.
